I was born and raised in Colorado, but you won’t catch me on a ski slope or hiking a ‘fourteener’… I moved to North Carolina for graduate school and stayed for the warm weather, southern cooking, folk music, and people. I have two senior dogs, a cat, and a lone chicken who wandered into my yard and never left. On my days off, you can find all five of us outside, sunbathing, swimming, or poking around the garden.
