Liana Pinner

Student U Office & Events Coordinator

Liana's Why:

I believe education is a powerful pathway for personal growth, providing individuals with opportunities to not only expand their knowledge but also to discover avenues that enrich their life experiences. As a first-generation, low-income college student, I initially struggled to navigate the higher education system and fully understand the opportunities available to me. I am passionate about ensuring that students have access to the resources and information they need to explore various pathways, empowering them to live richer, more fulfilling lives.

Liana outside of Student U:

I enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures. I also practice and teach meditation and other wellness practices.

Advice Liana finds valuable:

Take your time to figure out what you want, and don’t let fear get in the way of those goals!
