Finances

Student U has raised more than $35 million dollars over the past fifteen years in cash and in in-kind donations. In 2017, Student U acquired management responsibilities over the 55,000 square foot W.G. Pearson Center building after an extensive renovation process without taking on debt. For the past decade, Student U has built and maintained a reserve so that, in the event of an unexpected deficit or philanthropic shortfall, the organization could maintain its commitments to students and families with the same level of excellence. As a result, Student U was able to cover all 2018 expenses without obtaining any debt.

Each year, Student U undergoes a full financial audit. Student U has received a clean opinion with no findings.
